Before the Job

A MESS project manager/estimator will coordinate a site visit to determine the scope of work desired and explain our removal process.

We will then walk you through a step by step process on how we plan on conducting this work.

We will then email you an estimate which you can review, ask questions and approve online -it's just that simple.

During the Job

All MESS workers/supervisors are of the highest integrity and are certified by all local, state & federal laws for the task.

Once our workers arrive on-site with the scope of work containing all pertinent information to the project they will introduce themselves and go to work.

If any questions on the project arise, whether from worker, contractor or home/business owner our project manager will be quick to answer and work together for a solution.

After the Job

Once all work is completed our supervisor/operations manager or project manager will conduct a final walk through to ensure all required work is completed.

Once determined that the scope is done we will HEPA vacuum & detail clean-ready for either clearance testing, re-construction or any next trade that follows ensuring their health & safety upon arrival.

Upon completion your project manager/estimator will contact you that our work is completed at which time any questions can and will be answered.

We Safely Remove Asbestos with Our Expert Team

  • We build a HEPA filtered negative pressure enclosure system to isolate work area from the remaining balance of the building to control airflow & limit any cross contamination.
  • Wet methods with amended water during all abatement activities to minimize dust/fiber release.
  • Prompt cleanup & bagging of all materials inside the contained areas-all asbestos is labeled, manifested & disposed per required regulations.
  • HEPA vacuum & detail clean all abated areas prior to removal of containment.

Mold

We Take Mold in Your Home Seriously

  • We build a HEPA filtered negative pressure enclosure system to isolate work area from the remaining balance of the building to control airflow & limit any cross contamination.
  • We remove all mold contaminated materials, bag & dispose.
  • Once materials are removed and cavities exposed we will physically remove all visible mold from wood framing, sub-flooring, etc. by a combination of HEPA sanding, wire brushing & HEPA vacuuming.
  • Once all areas are visibly clean we will biocide treat all remediated areas, allow 15-20 mins of dwell time & detail clean once over. HEPA vacuum & detail clean all remediated areas prior to removal of containment.

Selective Demolition

  • We build a HEPA filtered negative pressure enclosure system to isolate work area from the remaining balance of the building to control airflow & limit any cross contamination and migrating dust.
  • We will then systematically dismantle/demolish and/or salvage components and materials during all selective demolition. HEPA vacuum & detail clean all abated areas prior to removal of containment.

Lead

We know where to find lead in your home, and how to safely remove it.

  • All lead abatement is conducted either within a HEPA filtered negative pressure enclosure system similar to asbestos abatement or a poly drop sheet below work areas and lead caution demarcating is employed.
  • Removal can be either peeling & flaking paint prior to re-painting, complete removal & disposal or lead safe work where we wet sand and apply a peel stop or lead encapsulant to seal the lead containing materials.
  • All workers are EPA Lead certified and we follow all Lead safe work practices.
  • Get the Lead out.
